Thank you to everybody who came to Bekonscot to help us celebrate our 75th birthday! Thousands of pounds were raised for local, national and international charities - and thousands of people have enjoyed the Family Fun Days at Bekonscot.
Such was the success of the fortnight of celebrations, we are looking to hold more special events during 2008.

Thanks are also due to the residents of Beaconsfield. Increased traffic and noise have been side-effects of the charity fun days, and residents have been understanding of the temporary excess. Bekonscot does all in its powers to keep this to a minimum, but noise and traffic is a by-product of suburban houses being built around the Bekonscot site over the past 75 years. Thanks everyone for being so supportive!
