Archive

Bekonscot has an archive of over 10,000 images, documents, artefacts, film and audio relating to the history and heritage of Bekonscot and other model villages.

We have published a small selection of these previously-unseen images in the new Bekonscot guide book.  The guidebook is sold at Bekonscot, with all profits going to charity.  Exclusive images include WW2 propaganda, visits of the Royal Family (including the young Queen Elizabeth II, her sisters, children and parents) and shots of Bekonscot under construction.

We are also very keen to publish images taken by you - the visitor - here on the website.  Please contact us if you would like to see your photos or pictures on here!  We will shortly be publishing some of the images that have already been sent to us; copyright remains with the individual.

Photographers, submit your photos to our visitor image gallery!
